Production and Shipping

Mongoracks is a one man business. I'm the web master, design guy, production department and shipping. I can usually get orders done in 7 days. However if filament needs to be ordered, that can add another week. On average orders should hit the mail 7-14 days after receipt of order.

Being a small one horse business, we save $ where possible. With the low level of production we have, we have enough of an amazon addition that we have boxes showing up on a regular basis. What am I saying? We'll probably use recycled boxes and packing materials for your order. 

We generally ship USPS. We can do UPS or fedex if needed, it's just not the regular.
